Families often contact me for Birthday and Milestone portraits. There are so many adorable options, to celebrate a baby’s first birthday, I’m always excited to hear what the parents have in mind! When Suki contacted me for portraits of her daughter, Jade, she knew that she wanted a session at their home, and had a few prop ideas in mind. When I arrived, I was delighted to meet the whole family and we had so much fun! We started off in the nursery, made our way to the backyard where Jade got to show off her walking skills on the deck, and mom had created an adorable tee-pee. We had so much fun with the cake smash and (my favorite!) clean up in a warm bubbly outdoor tub.
So many thoughtful details went into the styling of this birthday session, huge props to Suki for her creativity and pulling it all together for a morning of fun before rushing off to Big Brother’s soccer practice!
