Fall Wedding | Charlotte Wedding Photographer

Its no secret that I LOVE Fall!  Growing up on the coast of California, and attending college in Hawaii, I never really understood how dramatic and gorgeous the Fall season could be, until I moved to the East Coast.  I’m HOOKED ON IT now!  Everything about the vibrant colors and chilly evenings makes my heart sing.  Bring me all the fuzzy socks and hot cocoas, please!   Combine this gorgeous season with wonderful outdoor weddings, and I’m in heaven!

Check out some favorite moments from Lindsay and Quinn’s wedding last week.  The ladies started out at the salon, while the guys gathered at a nearby hotel to get ready.  Then everyone made their way to Mr. Hyatt’s Hunting Lodge for the ceremony and reception- it was the first time a wedding had been held there! Dottie Edwards of  Inspired Design of NC  kept the day running smoothly, acting as both wedding coordinator and florist (check out her STUNNING floral artistry!)

The Bride wore a beautiful lace tea-length wedding dress (it has pockets! so sweet!) that matched her personality perfectly, and the Groom sported a sharp looking suit with accent tie and matching boutonniere.  The bridal party, with ladies in red, and men in Fall color bowties, was composed of family and lifelong friends.

What I loved most about this wedding was the sense of joy and the beautiful emotions-  so many happy tears watching these two become Husband and Wife <3  I don’t think there was a dry eye among us, especially after the mother-daughter dance during the candle lit reception.
