21st birthday portraits with Jamie Lucido

When I heard Caitlin was celebrating her 21st birthday and wanted a photo shoot to mark the special occasion, I was so excited! I love Caitlin’s sense of joy and humor, and the fact that she’s totally okay with finding glitter in her car for the next ten years… lol!

We decided to meet up at Freedom Park, which is beautiful right now as the weather cools down. It was just as the sun peeked out from early morning fog, Caitlin arrived for the occasion with hair and makeup done, balloons, a tiara, and (of course!) glitter! I’m pretty sure I let out a little squeal of joy when I saw those balloons and her bright smile!

So many birthdays during 2020 have been low-key, with bigger celebrations on hold during Covid, but a photo shoot is still a great idea! We had a ton of fun, and this smart, kind, gorgeous young woman rocked her session. Thank you so much, for allowing me to create these portraits with you, cheers to a bright new decade, happy birthday, Caitlin!
